Our services are provided through various subscription tiers designed to meet different travel preferences and requirements.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

Subscription Terms

Travel Services Disclaimer

quantacoriues acts as an intermediary in arranging travel services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party travel service providers. Travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, quantacoriues shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless quantacoriues, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

Either party may terminate your subscription at any time with appropriate notice. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

Force Majeure

quantacoriues shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Oslo, Norway.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide notice of material changes through email or prominent website notice.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.
